Working My Butt Off!!!

Quite literally. Back in june I got a phone call from my sister-in-law and she said that a personal trainer that works a couple of doors down from her is doing a rapid results program. Because he lides making a difference he discounted this program to $400 for 16 weeks. I started June 1st and am on my second program (about 6 weeks in). Through the process I have lost 30lbs. and dropped 6 sizes. However, I am not done yet.

We spent a lot of time at splash parks this summer. Just thought I would share some pictures.

Here is the baby with his cousin a couple of weeks after we moved into our house.

We were at my sister's house and our oldest found her shoes and a little bag and was swinging it aroung. He was really funny.

So I was looking through pictures on my sister's computer and found all these old pictures of our oldest when he was younger. I don't even have these on my computer .

Okay enough with the comments about my lame blog and my inability to keep you all up to date with what is going on with us. So here is the update.
April:
We found and house and signed on it. It was a spec home that had been sitting for almost 7 months. It has exactly what we want and need in it.
May:
The Boys and I went to San Diego. Daddy graduated from college and got an awesome job. We moved in with my parents while we waited to close on our house.
June:
The baby turned 1 and we had a little party for him. I started my training with my personal trainer.
July:
We closed on our house and moved in.
August:
Our oldest turned 3 and he had a Thomas the Train birthday party at a splash park.
September:
We gained another cousin/nephew to our family
October:
Halloween!!!
Now, November:
So far nothing big, just getting ready for Thanksgiving and all the holidays.
Now, we do not have internet so that makes posting on my blog impossible from home unless I catch a signal. So, I promise to post pictures, just bear with me as this is an extremely slow process for us all.

San Diego in May

Back in February my sisters and I decided that we wanted to go on a girl's trip. We decided to go to San Diego for 5 days and take all of the kids. We wound up with 3 adults and 5 children under the age of 4 in a two bedroom suite. It was super crouded but we had a blast. Funny thing was, being the poor starving college students we were we had no money to go so I posted on craigslist and had a garage sale and sold almost everything we owned (which in and of itself was not much in the first place). So my goal was $302 which was the cost of the total trip and when all was said and done I had $304. Cutting it kinda close don't you think?

After almost 9 hours in the car the kids were ready to get out and spend some of the pent up energy on the hotel grounds.

We decided to go on a harbor tour (and for the life of me I can't remember what harbor it was). The boys were facinated by all the boats and water. The tour was about an hour long and that was just the right amount of time.

We spent two days at Sea World. They got to touch starfish, see Shamu, see dolphins, feed the sea lions, and run all over the park. By myself with two kids was quite the challenge but it was so fun. Next time we will be sure to bring Daddy along.
